Caroline qualified as an Occupational Therapist over 20 years ago, and has worked in a variety of clinical settings as well as working within public, private and insurance organisations both in the UK and abroad.
Caroline has extensive experience in rehabilitation with a variety of conditions including multiple orthopaedic injuries, upper and lower limb amputees, hand injury and brachial plexus injury. Her experience in vocational case management has led to expertise in workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, functional restoration programs and coordination and implementation of rehabilitation and return to work programs. She has worked with clients from a wide variety of vocational backgrounds from heavy manual work to professional work.
Caroline is an accredited functional capacity evaluator, and is member of the College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Section for Work and also the section for Independent practice as well as a member of the Case Management Society of the UK (CMSUK)
